Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in the B45 area. This role would suit someone who can take charge of a classroom, build a good rapport with students and keep lessons on track when teachers are absent. You will need to be confident managing challenging behaviour, setting clear boundaries and ensuring students stay focused and engaged with their work. The Role Supervising classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
