Food Production - Bakery

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client near Bath who is actively looking to recruit a Food Production Operative (bakery ) to join the team on a permanent basis. What will you be doing? Producing handcrafted bread using traditional baking methods. Preparing and handling dough, ensuring correct proofing and fermentation. Shaping bread by hand and managing the baking process to achieve the right texture, colour and quality. Working collaboratively to meet production targets without compromising standards.
