Factory Manager

Overview: On behalf of my client, I am recruiting a strong, hands-on and authoritative Factory Manager who can bring control, structure, discipline and accountability to the factory. This is a very important requirement, so the successful individual will be a strong and disciplined person who has had experience of improving factory operations. The role will report to the UK Head of Manufacturing and will have a team of managers to support the journey.
