People Lead £60000 - £65000 Full time - 9 month FTC - Westminster Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a not for profit organisation based near Westminster. This role is to support the organisation with a transformation project, managing change and to provide high calibre support and guidance to the wider organisation. The role of People Lead will focus on supporting the ongoing transformation by ensuring we have well informed and motivated employees in place to enable us to achieve our overall business objectives.
