Receptionist

SF Partners are supporting an organisation in Witton B6 that are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist. Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Pay rate: £13 per hour Main duties and responsibilities: - Telephones: o Answering incoming telephone calls with due care and attention; o Routing calls to their recipient; o Screening calls; and o Taking messages. - Visitors: o Letting visitors onto site; o Meeting and greeting visitors; and o Ensuring that the relevant visitor protocols are followed.
