A Project Lead is required in Greater London to oversee contractual compliance and asset handback requirements across PFI facilities management contracts approaching expiry. Working within a Centre of Best Practice, you'll review asset condition, contractual obligations and commercial risks to ensure buildings and equipment meet handback requirements while protecting the business from unnecessary costs and liabilities.
