Hampshire County Council are looking for an experience Tribunal EHCco for their team in Winchester. Day rate : £307 umbrella 3 month contract initially - possible extension Hybrid role Must have significant experience in representing the Local Authority at Tribunal hearings, as well as excellent legal knowledge. The Tribunal Officer's primary focus is the preparation for and attendance at SEND Tribunal hearings, acting as the Local Authority's representative in appeals relating to Education, Health and Care Plans.
