Finishing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Finishing Manager to join a busy housebuilding site and support the team in achieving year-end completions. The role will primarily involve coordinating finishing trades, compiling snagging lists and ensuring plots are completed to the required standard and handed over on schedule. Although the position will be predominantly off the tools, the successful candidate must be willing to get hands-on and undertake minor remedial works where required to keep completions on track.
