GROWER – PROTECTED CROPPING Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £45,000 DOE Accommodation: Available Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting an experienced Grower to join a modern and progressive protected cropping operation in the East of England. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day commercial crop production. Monitor crop health, quality and yields. Oversee irrigation, fertigation and nutrition programmes. Monitor growing environments and climate conditions. Implement crop protection and IPM strategies.
