Finance Director Role Full-time, permanent position Based 5 days a week in Romford Need to have strong construction experience Core Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead annual planning, budgeting, and rolling cash flow forecasting processes. Review contract Cost-Value Reconciliations (CVRs), work in progress (WIP), and project margins. Monitor financial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reporting.
