Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer Essex £50-£55 an hour Hybrid 6 month initial contract Are you looking for a fast-paced role within Private Sector Housing? We are working wiht a Local Authority in Essex who are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Enforcement Officer to join their team. You will play a key role in tackling poor housing conditions, licensing breaches, and landlord non-compliance. You'll manage a varied caseload, progressing investigations from inspection findings through to formal action where required.
