Contact Supervisor

Job Purpose To facilitate, monitor, and supervise contact sessions between children and their families in a safe, supportive, and child-focused environment. The Contact Supervisor will observe and record interactions objectively, promote positive family relationships where appropriate, and ensure that all contact arrangements are carried out in accordance with court orders, care plans, and safeguarding requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate contact sessions between children, parents, family members, and significant adults.
