Personal Advisor (Leaving Care Services)

4Recruitment Services are seeking a Personal Advisor Leaving Care to join a Leaving Care Team in Bolton, Greater Manchester. The role of the Personal Advisor is to support Children Looked After and Care Leavers in their transition to adulthood. You will work with young people aged 16-25 providing support in various areas including physical and emotional health, education, employment and training, independence skills, housing and finances. You will be responsible for working with young people in completing their pathway plan.
