Assistant Site Manager

The Role Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors, and keeping construction on track with our build programme. Key Requirements: Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections, produce detailed snagging lists, and drive the sign-off process to meet strict quality and NHBC guidelines. Health & Safety: Actively promote a safety-first culture by delivering site inductions, toolbox talks, and carrying out routine safety checks.
