Locality Tenancy Manager

You will be responsible for the delivery of locally focussed high quality, impactful tenancy management services to tenants within half of one of the four localities in which we operate; This role will sit within the West Midlands region, leading a team of customer-facing Housing Officers across our general needs rented schemes. Your role will be to lead, enthuse and motivate a field-based team to deliver a locality-based tenancy management offer to customers.
