Key Responsibilities Drafting high-value Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Bills of Costs, including Precedent S Electronic Bills. Preparing Precedent H Costs Budgets using CostsMaster. Negotiating costs settlements and advising clients on recoverability and prospects of success. Managing pre-CCMC preparations, budget negotiations and ongoing costs management.
