Technical Lead

The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead technical direction and architecture across multiple products and platforms. This is a hands on leadership role combining software development with enterprise architecture. You will guide technical decisions, improve engineering standards and ensure systems are scalable, secure, resilient and maintainable. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture and Security teams, leading through technical expertise rather than traditional people management.
