Out of Hours CSA

TSG Building Services is a well established and fast expanding heating company working in occupied properties of local housing authorities. We are currently looking to recruit Out of Hours Call Operatives to work on its Servicing and Breakdown contracts based in our busy Potters Bar call centre. The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities will include: Handling a large number of incoming call from client’s and tenants as quickly and efficiently as possible. Making outbound calls to confirm appointments. Managing the client inbox.
