Head of Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to join a busy organisation on an immediate-start basis . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of maintenance services across a multi-site portfolio. Head of Maintenance Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day maintenance function. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Ensure statutory compliance across building services and facilities. Manage external contractors and service providers.
