HR Advisor – Maternity Cover Location: Belton, near Grantham Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with part-time flexibility considered Contract: Maternity Cover Travel: Occasional travel to other sites £40K Pro rata The Role We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy Human Resources team on a maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple sites, manage two HR Assistants and advise managers on a wide range of employee relations and HR matters.
