Associate Director (Agency Lead)

Lead and develop a property agency division An independent property consultancy is seeking an experienced agency professional to lead and develop its agency offering. This is a hands-on leadership appointment combining transaction delivery, client ownership, business development and team development. You will help shape the division’s direction while remaining directly involved in instructions. The role would suit an established Associate Director, or an experienced Associate or Senior Surveyor ready to take on broader leadership responsibility.
