The Role We are looking for a proactive Security Systems Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for high-end security systems. The role involves coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, troubleshooting faults and supporting upgrades across CCTV, access control, intercom and network systems. Key Responsibilities Coordinate reactive maintenance, planned works, system upgrades and software patching. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CCTV, access control, intercom and network devices.
