IQA Assessor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IQA to lead, develop assessors and drive quality across a range of apprenticeship programmes. Salary banding: £31,000 - £35,000 Location: Cardiff, (Head-Office 3 days per week) Contract: Full-time, permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm The Role Lead, motivate and develop a team of Assessors. Manage IQA sampling, verification and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Awarding Organisation requirements, apprenticeship frameworks and Estyn standards.
