IT Helpdesk Temp Salary: £35,000 (£19.25 per hour) Entirely office based at their Liverpool Street office. Temping for an Education Group for 3 months. Key Responsibilities Helpdesk & User Support Provide customer-focused IT support to staff and students, resolving hardware, software and application issues and escalating complex problems where necessary. Deliver one-to-one support and training on Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Brightspace VLE and other core systems.
