We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major healthcare construction project in RCT. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to take a leading role in the financial and contractual management of a significant project within a live healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final account. Manage sub-contract packages. Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow.
