About this role
We are recruiting a Repairs Surveyor for an established social housing group covering the Camberley region, supporting their responsive repairs, voids and maintenance team! You will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing defects, preparing specifications and managing contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively and to the required standard. Previous social housing and voids experience is essential.
