Customer Care Agent

Do you enjoy helping customers, keeping people informed and staying calm when things move quickly? As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll play an important part in supporting our customers during incidents and events, making sure they receive clear, timely information when they need it most. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for up to 10 months.
