About this role
THE ROLE My client seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Commercial Manager to join them in Birmingham to work in a client office on rail projects. You must have experience of quantity surveying and commercial management duties and have either Rail experience using NEC contracts or have worked on other infrastructure projects. You will support the delivery of commercial activities within the delivery teams and you will work alongside the supply chain and contractors to provide cost variation assessment and other commercial activities.
