Head chef required within driving distance of Eastbourne, the kitchen offers fixed days off and a good mixture of shifts/hours . it is a good work life balance. As a head chef you will ensure this kitchen runs smoothly, reporting into a Exec chef, upto £40k. THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR A SOUS CHEF STEPPING UP. The role As a Head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen on a day to day basis, you will ensure the main kitchen is ready for service each day and that everything runs smoothly.
