Location: West Midlands Contract: 3 Months (Initial Contract) Rate: £28.14 per hour (Umbrella) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor (Stock Conditions) to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support the maintenance, improvement and long-term management of the Council's housing stock and wider property portfolio.
