About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally gained with a leading PLC housebuilder. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Manage subcontractors, site teams and construction activities. Drive build programmes, monitor progress and resolve site issues.
