About this role
We are currently seeking an Administrator/Contact Centre Operator for a role based in the central Stockport area. This role is administration focused, in addition to customer service and inbound call centre duties. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0830 - 1730. It is an ongoing, full-time role with the possibility of permanency. Duties and Responsibilities Handling customer queries by telephone as well as emails and portals. Data entry and updating the work log.
