People & Cultural Lead

As People and Culture Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of People in the development and implementation of our overall people and culture strategy. Your primary focus includes shaping and embedding a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture across the organisation. This role leads on employee experience, engagement, EDI, Employee Resource Groups, reward, wellbeing, people insights, and governance, ensuring a consistent and positive experience across both site-based and office teams.
