About this role
My Client based in Bromley-by-Bow is seeking De-brief Operative. Shifts available Monday to Friday- 7am to 3.30pm Key Responsibilities - Driver Check-Ins (The "Debrief"): Meeting with courier and delivery drivers face-to-face as they return to the depot. You will review their day, check delivery route performance, and discuss any issues faced during their shifts (such as full parcel lockers or blocked access) - Performance Tracking: Assessing driver efficiency against target delivery times and setting continuous improvement goals.
