Sen Teaching Assistant

The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing individual support to a pupil throughout the school morning. Supporting learning activities and helping the pupil access the curriculum. Encouraging independence, confidence and positive engagement in the classroom. Adapting support to meet the pupil's individual learning and developmental needs. Working collaboratively with the class teacher and other school staff. Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm, supportive learning environment.
