About this role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for Farnham. You will mainly deal with reinstatement cost assessments. The role will be office based 3 days per week. The Role Team Management and development responsibilities. Conduct thorough on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Evaluate building layout, structures, materials, construction methods, and overall condition. Identify factors that may affect reinstatement costs, including age, specification, and any non-standard features.
