Customer Care Advisor

The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The primary purpose is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service over the phone and in writing, by resolving issues and actively contributing to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and overseeing customer accounts, handling billing, metering data, account-related queries, as well as collaborating with other departments to improve processes and address customer concerns.
