Residential Childcare Worker – Children’s EBD Home

We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and committed Residential Childcare Worker to join our team, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing, and supportive residential environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day care and support, promote positive behaviour, build trusting relationships, and help children develop their independence, confidence, and life skills.
