Tenancy Sustainment/Support Worker

We're recruiting for 4 Interim Housing Professionals to join a Housing Association in Stoke-on-Trent on an initial 9-month contract , with the potential for extension or temp-to-perm opportunities. We have two exciting opportunities available: 🔹 2 x Tenancy Sustainment Officers Responsibilities include: Managing the income and finances of hostel residents. Carrying out room inspections and checks. Supporting and managing rent repayment plans. Managing a caseload of approximately 10–15 residents.
