About this role
My client is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their rapidly growing team in Cambridge. The role will provide end-user support to the client’s customers’ Microsoft 365-based systems as a part of their helpdesk team. You will need to be skilled in analysing problems and supporting issues, providing diagnosis and solutions. Whilst the first few months will be on premises at the offices in Cambridge, most of the team take advantage of the hybrid option, and work around 2-3 days from home per week.
