Clinical Head of Site Management

Job Description: Job Summary The post holder is a credible experienced clinical operational leader (Nurse or AHP) who will be expected to use their clinical knowledge to ensure effective, robust working relationships with senior management and clinical colleagues within and external to the Trust. Provide leadership for the day-to-day site management for the Clinical Group to ensure that utilisation of bed capacity is maximized to deliver safe, effective patient focused pathways to underpin delivery of quality and performance standards.
