We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Hire Desk Controller to join a busy and growing business. You will be responsible for managing hire enquiries, coordinating equipment availability, arranging deliveries and collections, and ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service throughout the hire process. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming hire enquiries via phone and email. Process hire orders, quotations and contracts. Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections and exchanges.
