We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of civil engineering projects, ensuring strong financial performance, effective cost control and contractual compliance. The successful candidate will identify commercial opportunities, manage project risks and provide support and guidance to project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs). Prepare commercial reports, cost plans and applications for payment.
