Artis HR is supporting a business with the appointment of a Junior People & Culture Partner. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career, with the autonomy to manage a broad HR remit, build strong relationships with managers and get involved in wider people initiatives. Working closely with managers and site leads, you'll provide hands-on HR support while getting involved in wider people initiatives and workforce planning.
