Fraser Edwards is working in partnership with a social housing client in and around the South Benfleet area to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor (RICS) for a contracting opportunity, offering a competitive day rate of £450–£500 per day via Umbrella PAYE. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Building Surveyor to play a key role in managing and maintaining the client’s property portfolio, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.
