About this role

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead and manage an affordable housing development programme, including new-build housing and major refurbishment projects. The role will oversee projects from the early planning and feasibility stages through to funding, procurement and contract award. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, local authorities and other partners to ensure projects are affordable, deliverable and meet housing needs.
