Children's Team Manager - Children in care

Our client Walsall Council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Children in care team. Key responsibilities include: Managing and leading a team holding caseloads of children in care. Providing management oversight and decision-making on complex cases involving children and young people. Driving permanence planning to ensure timely and appropriate long-term outcomes. Managing caseload allocation, performance, quality assurance and compliance with statutory timescales.
