Grounds Maintenance and DMC Operative £29,645 per annum Chelmsford Permanent Full-Time We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance/ DMC Support Operative to provide flexible, seasonal support across the Grounds Maintenance (March to October) and DMC (October to March) services, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service across all Delta properties and partnership agreements. Ensure land, communal areas and individual homes are maintained to a high standard, meeting agreed timescales, budgets and performance targets.
