Trimmer/Butcher Company Gi group Position Trimmer/Butcher Working Days Tuesday to Saturday Start Time 6:00 AM until finish Shift Length Up to 10 hours per day Role Purpose To carry out skilled turkey preparation and portioning duties safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards within a fast-paced food production environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities · Trim turkey breasts to the required product specification. · Work on the cone line, handling and preparing turkey products as required.
