About this role
We're looking for an experienced Adults Brokerage Officer to join Hackney Council's Commissioning Team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within Adult Social Care brokerage, commissioning or placement finding who is confident working with care providers and internal teams to secure high-quality, value-for-money care and support. The Role As a Brokerage Officer, you'll work closely with Service Managers, Senior Practitioners and Care Managers to source, arrange and amend packages of care.
